Before you write
We cannot make bookings. We are an editorial publication, not a travel agency or an affiliate site. Every hotel entry links to the operator's own website; reservations, cancellations, amendments and refunds must be handled directly with the hotel.
Corrections are welcome and prioritised. If a room count, a restaurant name, an opening time, a facility or a price band is wrong, tell us. Include a link or a photograph if you have one. We publish amendments with a date and a short note describing what changed.
We decline paid placement. Hotels, PR agencies and destination marketing organisations are welcome to send factual updates, press materials and images. We will not accept payment, commission, complimentary stays or gifts in exchange for coverage, and we do not publish sponsored articles.
Data protection requests — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection — should go to the DPO address above and will be answered within one month as required by the GDPR. See the Privacy Policy for the full procedure.
